Spring Track 2011

Welcome to Spring Track 2011

Lets get things rolling!

Clearance
  1. Green Sheet
  2. Yellow Sheet
  3. Physical (if you have had one in the last calendar year you are good to go. Check with the nurse to confirm)
  4. Impact test- June, Katalin,Allegra,Cynthia you have been scheduled for Feb 23rd after school (3pm) Please see me on Tuesday at break to finalize plans

    Equipment
    For march 4th you should have the following
    • Running Shoes
    • socks
    • shorts
    • t-shirt
    • sweatpants
    • sweatshirt
    • sportsbag
    • water bottle
    • hat
    • gloves
    Basic rules
    1. Respect the team, team members and yourself. Act in a manner that reflects this.
    • Be on time ready to go(mentally, physically and emotionally) for practice
    • Team time is team time. Schedule accordingly. (this includes travel time and team meetings)
    • Opponents are to be treated with respect.
